British Apache helicopters make a stop at Eindhoven AB, Netherlands

On Tuesday May 11th 2021, four AgustaWestland (now Leonardo) Apache AH1 helicopters of Royal Army Air Corps 4th Regiment (4 Regiment Army Air Corps), planned a fuelstop at Eindhoven AB (NL) (ICAO code:EHEH).
After the fuelstop and subsequent departure, the helicopters returned to Eindhoven AB due to bad weather over Germany.
Due to technical issues with one helicopter, maintenance crews travelled to the Netherlands.
On Friday May 14th 2021, 2 helicopters departed Eindhoven for their participation in the exercise SPRING STORM in Estonia. Together with their colleagues of 1 Regiment Army Air Corps flying the AgustaWestland AW159 Wildcat.
The two remaining Apache AH1 helicopters will leave Eindhoven AB, when the technical issue will be fixed.
