CASLAV AIR BASE OPEN DAY 2017

The Czech Air Force to show to the public its aircraft and skills.

On May 20, an Open Day will be held at 21 Tactical Air Force Base in Caslav AFB, Czech Republic. It is a traditional event that takes place every two years and is intended to show to the public the activities carried out at Caslav air base and the skills of the Czech Army Units. The program of the day will be focused on a flying display that will include solo displays and tactical demos.

In 2015, the public had the opportunity to admire a pair of Gripen in a QRA demo, the Casa C-295 transport aircraft, a ground attack simulation by two L-159 ALCA light aircraft accompanied by pyrotechnic effects and the Belgian F-16 Demo Team.

Patrouille Suisse, Czech Gripen Demo, Belgian F-16 Demo and Flying Bulls Aerobatic Team have already confirmed their presence at the show.
